Returns policy
We absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from TheScentGuru is a genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer's bottle and poured by hand. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will like it.
Our return and refund policy is as follows: we only accept returns on “unopened” items. This means that we cannot accept returns if the outer packaging or box has been opened, regardless of the circumstances. Please note that scent is highly personal and subjective. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened and used and you are simply not satisfied with them.
If you need to return a product, please contact us at thescentguruog@gmail.com within two days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
If your order arrived damaged (for example, if the bottle is broken or has leaked), please take a photo of the damaged item and send it to us at thescentguruog@gmail.com. Please include your order number and details of the damaged bottles in your email. We must receive this information and the photo within two days of receiving your order.
The return process must be initiated within two days of receiving your order. Once we receive and verify the condition of your returned items, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable and the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer's policy.
